Ruby Paul made a splendid input into the 'Tastes of Wales' evening organised by the Rotary Club of Humberside. She really put herself out to respond to my request to sing a purpose-designed programme of Welsh and English ballads together with 2 of her own songs. Her versatility combined with her charming voice and her ability to communicate easily with her audience made it a memorable performance. She even managed to persuade us to sing the last line of the chorus of 'Sospen fach' in Welsh!! We shall be pleased to welcome her back at some time in the future.
